About the Role

Seeking Christian role model teachers who will enable students to develop competencies and skills and help form responsible leaders for tomorrow. Teachers will provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in academics to help students fulfill their potential for spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.

Seeking highly energetic, motivated, and innovative teachers who are able to implement various teaching strategies to accommodate students’ different learning styles. Teachers must be able to work with both middle school and high school students. English teaching responsibilities preferred: English I, English II, and Creative Writing (on-level and honors courses).

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate learning activities and experiences in academics.
• Implement various teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
• Integrate technology into content areas.
• Additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Teaching or Education preferred).
• Minimum of 12 education hours.
• Teacher Certification preferred, or enrolled in a teaching certification program.
• Technology proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the area assigned to teach.
