About the role

Responsibilities

• Care for and educate toddlers and twos in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and routines.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience with toddlers and twos.
• Valid CPR and first aid certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to early childhood development and education.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with technology in the classroom is a plus.

Skills

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom of young children.
• Knowledge of child development stages.
