Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children
• Aid in managing students' learning, play, eating, and sleeping
• Keep the classroom organized and clean
• Observe children's interests and collaborate with team members to create engaging activities
• Communicate with parents daily about their children's latest experiences and accomplishments through various means

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old (with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Flexible to work hours based on school and program needs
• Pass a successful background check and meet Virginia licensing standards

Pay

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. LLE Group provides this range in good faith but actual compensation offers may vary based on a variety of factors including experience, education, training, certifications, location, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Schedule

Positions are available both full-time and part-time.
