Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child’s unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Able to assume low postures, engage in physical activity with children, and ensure their safety.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and obtain necessary certifications (CPR, First Aid) as required.
