Teacher Associate
About the role
Provides individualized instruction and a comprehensive education program for students. Assists the teacher by recommending protocols and techniques to support a comprehensive education program for students. As a Teacher Associate, you will facilitate instructional and therapeutic interventions for students ages 5‑21 with complex conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and other medical comorbidities. The individualized daily routines are designed and supported by teachers and clinicians to meet the sensory, behavioral, and cognitive challenges the students present with. Our beautiful, wooded campus offers motivating outdoor learning environments and classrooms where students practice critical academic and meaningful social skills throughout the school day. In addition to instructional support, you will assist with personal care, meal preparation, and other reasonably related duties as assigned by the teacher.
Responsibilities

- Support individualized daily routines designed to address sensory, behavioral, and cognitive challenges.

Pay
Starting at $18.75 per hour, with the opportunity to advance up to $27.81 per hour through a structured career pathway that rewards additional training, certifications, and educational achievements.

Schedule
Day shift, Monday to Friday. Expected hours: 29 – 40 per week. Positions available: Full‑time and Part‑time.
