About the role
The position is a Math Teacher Assistant position.
Responsibilities
- Prepares class materials
- Corrects and records assignments
- Provides a wide variety of other services as directed
Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Two years (48 semester hours) full-time education at an institution of higher education; or an associate's degree
- Ability to pass a Utah State Office of Education approved Para-Professional Test
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Secretarial/clerical skills, including ability to operate a computer (may be required)
Benefits
- Salary Grade 3: $17.24 per hour (2026-27 Support Salary Table)
- Promotions result in a minimum 5% increase for a promotion
