Teacher Assistant-Infant
We’re searching for an enthusiastic Infant Teacher Assistant who meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements, brings a big heart for infants, and is passionate about their growth. Super flexibility during business hours and experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare are a plus.

As an Infant Teacher Assistant, you’ll be a key player in creating a joyful, nurturing environment for our youngest learners.
- Align with Cadence Education’s philosophy and team up to foster a positive, engaging learning space.
- Document and share those heart-melting daily milestones with parents.
- Collaborate with passionate educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum that sparks curiosity.
- Tune into kids’ interests, keep them safe, and level up their play with language, toys, and activities.
- Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors that set kids up for success.
- Share ideas for a balanced daily schedule packed with variety—quiet and active moments, indoor and outdoor fun, plus fine and gross motor activities.
