About the role
This position involves paraprofessional work assisting the classroom teacher in providing individualized instruction to students whose first language is not English.
Responsibilities
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering instruction tailored to English Learners (EL).
- Perform a variety of tasks to support instruction as directed by the classroom teacher.
- Carry out duties under the direction of the teacher, building administrator, and EL instruction supervisor.
- Maintain positive interactions with students, parents, and staff.
