Teacher Assistant-Bridges Math Intervention

Location: Centerville Elementary

About the role

Under the supervision of the principal or other supervisor, the teacher assistant assists the teacher with the conduct of a class. This is a Bridges Math Intervention position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare class materials
• Correct and record assignments
• Provide a wide variety of other support services

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent education and/or experience
• The equivalent of two years (48 semester hours) full-time education at an institution of higher education; or an associate's degree; or the ability to pass a Utah State Office of Education approved Para-Professional Test
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Secretarial/clerical skills, including ability to operate a computer (may be required)

Pay

$17.24 per hour (Salary Grade 3, 2026-27 Support Salary Table). Promotions result in a minimum 5% increase.

Schedule

5.0 hours per day / 174 days per year
