Job Overview

We are a fast-paced and high-demand non-profit program that depends on everybody in every position to help our centers function with ease. You will gain diverse experience working with an at-risk population. Cross-training is available and expected for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment for children and staff.
• Implement active supervision strategies.
• Assist in lesson planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and assessment for the classroom.
• Implement screenings and assessments.
• Data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, working towards CDA, to be completed within two years of hire (required).
• Associate's degree in early childhood education (preferred).
• CDA certification (preferred).
• Experience working with young children (required).
• Two (2) years experience with at-risk population (preferred).
