What You'll Do

• Support teachers in creating a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom.
• Aid in play-based learning activities.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with your teaching team.
• Supervise children indoors and in our outdoor classrooms.
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom.
• Follow all health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Warm, nurturing, and dependable.
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Preschool or early childhood experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Enjoy spending time outdoors in all seasons.
• Experience with play-based learning.
