About the role

This position is assigned to support Cosgrove Middle School, providing troubleshooting assistance to student users and ticketing support to the Technology Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting assistance to student users
• Provide ticketing support to the Technology Office

Requirements

• High School or Equivalency Diploma, plus one of the following:
  • 1 year paid or volunteer full-time equivalent experience working with children, or
  • 1 year paid or volunteer full-time equivalent experience with clerical duties, or
  • Combination of the aforementioned experience
• Successful completion of one (1) year of college education beyond high school (minimum of 30 credit hours) may be substituted for the one (1) year of experience
• Must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment by the NYS Education Department before employment begins

Schedule

• 10-month appointment
• 6.5 hours per day, 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM

Pay

$16.93 - $17.21 per hour, based on experience
