Teacher Aide (P.E.)
About the role
To provide a well organized, smoothly functioning class environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.
Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in implementing curriculum and instructional strategies
- Assist in managing classroom activities and materials
- Provide additional support to students as needed
- Help maintain a safe and orderly learning environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passing background check
Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred
- Knowledge of educational standards and practices
