Part-time Teacher Aide at Bernabi Elementary School.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to students in the Kindergarten classrooms under the supervision of the classroom teachers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School or Equivalency Diploma, plus either:

• 1 year paid or volunteer full time equivalent experience working with children, or
• 1 year paid or volunteer full time equivalent experience with clerical duties, or
• Combination of the aforementioned experience, or
• Possession of a certificate of completion of a course of Child Care through an occupational school, The American Red Cross or similar Agency

Successful completion of one (1) year of college education beyond high school (minimum of 30 credit hours) may be substituted for the one (1) year of experience.

Pay

$16.93 - $17.21 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

4 hours per day; 9:30AM - 1:30PM. Appointment: 10 months.
