About the Role

This position is designed to support school teachers by handling duties related to the teaching process that can be performed by non-professional personnel.

Responsibilities

• Relieve teachers of non-instructional tasks related to the teaching process
• Perform specialized duties in specific fields where applicable
• Maintain classroom routine and support discipline
• Conduct activities indirectly related to the teaching process

• Ability to establish positive relationships with children and others
• Familiarity with classroom routine
• Specialized knowledge or background in relevant fields (where applicable)
• Above-average clerical aptitude
• Resourcefulness in supporting teaching-related activities
• Neat personal appearance
• Strong ability to maintain discipline
• Tact, courtesy, and good judgment
• Physical condition suitable for the demands of the position
