About the role
Attends to the needs of students and assists with special needs. Helps maintain discipline and structure within the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Keeps records such as recording grades or completion of homework assignments as directed by the teacher
- Assists teacher in routine classroom preparation duties
- Helps students stay focused, pay attention, and participate in class
- Escorts students as required
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or possession of a high school diploma equivalency
Pay
$22,399 (2026-27 Base Salary)
