Job Summary

Pinewood Elementary School, part of Monticello Schools, is seeking a licensed 1st-grade teacher for a long-call substitute position to provide full-time direct service for our amazing elementary students.

Essential Skills Required

Understanding of the Minnesota Academic Standards for content area
Establishes a culture for learning by supporting the mission, beliefs and the strategic plan of the district
Inspires and engages all students in relevant learning
Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families
Experience working with diverse students and families - experience/training with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred
