Teach English in China - No Classroom Experience Required

About the role

English 1 is hiring entry-level and experienced English teachers to join schools across China. This role is open to recent graduates exploring a first career move, professionals making a career change into education, or certified ESL/TEFL/CELTA teachers looking for a new contract. Full training, sponsored work visa, and real career growth are provided, with support built in from day one.

What you'll do

• Teach English to learners aged 3–16 in fun, interactive classrooms
• Deliver lessons using our award-winning curriculum + digital tools
• Help students build real confidence and fluency
• Join school events and cultural exchange programs

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• Valid passport, clean background check
• A genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA is a plus, not required – we'll sponsor it if you don't have one
