TDP Architect - RHEL

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Support the development and review of complex task lists and project scoping
• Lead multiple engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to customers
• Guide pilot and production deployments of the company solutions
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their professional development
• Identify and address technical challenges with creative solutions
• Champion the company Services Portfolio in customer engagements
• Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product and service improvements
• Lead internal initiatives promoting innovation and growth within the Services business

Qualifications

• Expertise in Services Solution Architecture and consultative selling
• Proficient in technical requirements gathering and Level of Effort estimation
• In-depth understanding of the company products and their applications
• Strong presentation skills for product demonstrations across diverse audiences
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members

Pay

$118,600 – $277,350 annually
