About the Role

This is a full-time, 10-month licensed position with a continuing classification. The role is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and support to students in accordance with North Carolina Department of Public Instruction guidelines.
• Implement curriculum and educational programs as assigned by the school district.
• Assess student progress and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student achievement.
• Participate in professional development and school-based activities as required.

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina teaching license or eligibility for licensure in the appropriate subject area.
• Meets all state and district requirements for licensed teaching positions.

Pay

Starting salary is $4,825.00 per month. Licensed-certified salary is determined by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, per the current Guilford County Schools Salary Schedule for licensed employees.
