About the role

As Tax Team Lead, you will manage a dedicated team of Tax Specialists, ensuring regulatory compliance for our growing North American company.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow, conducting check-in meetings, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed.
• Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions, and year-end reviews.
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1+ year in a customer service setting.
• Experience with exemption certificates is preferred, but we will train you.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
