Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Running client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects and managing to budget
• Supervising, training, and mentoring staff on tax projects and assessing performance of staff for engagement reviews; performing in-charge

Requirements

• Ability to manage staff on multiple engagements
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, initiative, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree in taxation or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive tax preparation
• CPA license
