Responsibilities

• Lead engagements
• Mentor staff
• Build relationships that drive success for both our clients and your team
• Work standard office hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional hours during the busy season (55+ hours/week)
• Enjoy summer Fridays off to recharge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
