Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements from start to finish, including projecting, planning, supervising, directing, and completing tax projects
- Review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns in accordance with firm and professional standards
- Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers
- Attend networking and continuing professional education seminars
- Assist with initiatives of various firm committees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA preferred
- Four to six years of similar experience
- Exceptional communication and strong multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and accounting software packages
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary
- Travel locally to/from engagements, which may include overnight travel as needed

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
