About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team at WelbeHealth. You will be responsible for helping inspire the magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of healthcare and well-being experiences and create the never-before-seen!

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement new healthcare and well-being service products tailored for seniors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and drive innovation in healthcare and well-being solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling stories and narratives that inspire and empower seniors and their families.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or related fields, preferably with a focus on seniors’ services.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in creating and delivering innovative healthcare and well-being solutions.
• Experience in product development, project management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology platforms and tools.
• Passion for empowering seniors and their families to lead healthier, happier lives.
