Responsibilities

• Prepare and review business and high-net-worth individual tax returns, tax filings, workpapers, and related deliverables in accordance with firm and professional standards.
• Analyze client information and apply your understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations to identify and resolve issues.
• Assist with tax research, projections, planning strategies, and other advisory initiatives that help clients achieve their business and financial goals.
• Collaborate with Seniors, Managers, and Partners to deliver exceptional client service and practical tax solutions.
• Continue developing technical expertise, professional judgment, and industry knowledge while supporting and collaborating with other members of the tax team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Two or more years of tax experience in public accounting.
• Progress toward CPA or EA certification, or a strong desire to pursue a professional credential.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a commitment to teamwork and client service.
