Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete moderate to complex tax filings that may include federal, state, and international income and sales/use tax filings.
- Avoid penalties and interest by maintaining adherence to internal controls, tax calendar and policy and procedures.
- Investigate and prepare responses to notices and inquiries from various taxing authorities.
- Research and document tax positions taken on various tax filings.
- Prepare tax and financial reports and models, as assigned to assist in various tax planning and reporting needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Contribute to conversation/ideas in a strong team–oriented environment.
Requirements
- Strong analysis, problem solving, and research skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work/assignments without a lot of guidance when working from home.

- Demonstrates technical skills in accounting and financial information systems/applications.
- Proficient in Excel and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with Cognos, OneSource, Workday and eForms preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of related experience, in an accounting/tax role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Business with an accounting, tax or finance emphasis.
- CPA a plus.
