Tax Senior/Tax Manager

About the role

LWH CPAs is a 3-office, 5-Partner firm blending regional and local characteristics. We serve diverse clients including small businesses, corporations, individuals, estates, trusts, and government entities.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting, tax, auditing, and advisory services to a variety of clients.
• Work closely with other team members to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Develop and maintain expertise in specific areas of accounting and tax.
• Participate in job shadowing and internship programs for new hires.

Requirements

• CPA license or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field.
• Experience with tax preparation and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay

Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Staff members generally work between 2,100 and 2,350 hours per year, on a flexible schedule.
