This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, enabling you to work both remotely and in our Tipton, Iowa office. To be considered, candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of four (4) years of direct accounting experience
• PREFERRED but not required: CPA certificate or candidates actively pursuing the CPA exam
• Bonus points for QuickBooks and/or Ultra Tax experience
• A strong sense of self-motivation, a team player mindset, and a commitment to integrity

Job Description

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tax and accounting services, including income tax planning and preparation for both individuals and businesses, compilation, review, payroll, and various other accounting services. This role also provides a unique opportunity to foster strong client and colleague relationships. You will be a part of creating connections that contribute to the successful growth of our clients' businesses.
