Tax Senior

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Senior to join our Indianapolis office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients, mentoring staff, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
• Assist with tax planning and consulting for closely held businesses and individuals
• Research tax issues and communicate findings clearly
• Support client relationships and respond to tax-related questions
• Mentor staff and interns as needed
• Help manage deadlines, workflow, and engagement quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience preferred
• Strong technical tax knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-focused environment
