Responsibilities

• Direct client contact
• Work on various clients across multiple industries
• Provide a full range of accounting services including write-ups, compilations, and reviews
• Offer a full range of tax services including federal, multi-state, local, payroll, and sales tax returns
• Develop various skills including tax and advisory services
• Engage in client budgeting and planning, particularly year-end tax planning
• Aid in training and supervising staff
• Manage a delegated client base, including communication, planning, and return preparation
• Participate in in-office committees to enhance company culture and growth
• Receive ongoing professional education throughout the year

Qualifications

• CPA license preferred
• 5-7 years of public accounting experience, focusing on tax
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lacerte, Adobe, and QuickBooks
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and personal/individual growth
