Tax Senior Associate, National Tax Office (Compensation and Benefits)
Job Responsibilities
Support executive compensation and benefits tax matters, including equity compensation, deferred compensation and 409A, Sections 162(m) and 280G, payroll taxes, and related reporting considerations under ASC 718 and ASC 740.
Research and prepare compensation planning and benchmarking analyses for executive compensation models.
Perform technical tax research, identify when additional analysis is needed, and apply appropriate guidance.
Support the partner team with practice strategy, planning, budgeting, and the development of new delivery capabilities to meet evolving market needs.
Communicate with clients through clear verbal communication and professional written deliverables, including technical memoranda and tax opinions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate tax, accounting, or legal
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, Juris Doctor or equivalent credential

Pay
$83,200 - $113,300 for Colorado residents
$91,500 - $124,700 for Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents
$95,600 - $130,300 for Northern California residents
