Tax Senior Associate

Responsibilities
- Review federal and multi-state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow-through entities
- Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements
- Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned by managers
- Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality service
- Train and mentor Staff Accountants while supporting team development
- Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software
- Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus
Qualifications
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior team members
Skills
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software
- Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software

Pay
The salary range for this position is $83,700 - $123,100 per year.
