Tax Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Review federal and multi-state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow-through entities
• Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements
• Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned by managers
• Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality service
• Train and mentor Staff Accountants while supporting team development
• Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software
• Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior team members

Skills

• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software
• Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software

Pay

The salary range for this position is $83,700 - $123,100 per year.
