• Support Tax Managers and Partners in managing client portfolios, planning engagements, and overseeing job administration.
• Audit tax provisions and review working papers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Execute compliance tasks with minimal supervision.
• Supervise associate staff on complex engagements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years of investment partnership or mutual fund tax experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST in taxation.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and partnership tax regulations.
• Experience reviewing tax returns (1065, 1120‑RIC).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
