Our Tax Resourcing services address direct and indirect tax needs, including provision processes, compliance, audit defense, planning, transaction-related initiatives, and broader business transformations such as IPO readiness and system implementations.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to clients across various industries.
- Work on a variety of assignments, including tax provision, compliance, audit defense, planning, and transaction-related initiatives.
- Support broader business transformations such as IPO readiness and system implementations.
- Collaborate with clients, firm leadership, and peers to build strong relationships and exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to the growth of the local office and the firm overall through active participation and entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Engage in business development and recruiting activities to support firm growth.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
- 3+ years of tax experience, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate, preferably from a large CPA firm.
- Strong corporate compliance experience; partnership experience is a plus.
- CPA certification or progression toward it is preferred.
- Provision experience is required for Managers and above and encouraged for Senior Associates to Associate Managers.
- Strong computer desktop skills; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables) are desirable.
