Our Tax Resourcing services address direct and indirect tax needs, including provision processes, compliance, audit defense, planning, transaction-related initiatives, and broader business transformations such as IPO readiness and system implementations.

We are seeking tax professionals—such as Certified Public Accountants, Tax Directors, Tax Associate Directors, Tax Senior Managers, Tax Managers, Tax Associate Managers, and Tax Senior Associates—looking to broaden their skill sets and gain valuable experiences to advance their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a variety of tax projects, including compliance, audit defense, planning, and transaction-related initiatives.
  • Support broader business transformations such as IPO readiness and system implementations.
  • Collaborate with clients and firm leadership to deliver value-added service and exceed client expectations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and openness to assignments across industries and roles.
  • Contribute to the growth of the local office and the firm overall.
  • Engage in professional experiences such as business development and recruiting.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Tax Accountant in a large CPA firm, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate.
  • Strong corporate compliance experience; partnership experience is a plus.
  • CPA certification or progression toward it is preferred.
  • Provision experience is required for Managers and above and encouraged for Senior Associates to Associate Managers.
  • Strong computer desktop skills; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables) are desirable.
  • Demonstrated career progression and job stability.
