Tax Professional - Retail

We are seeking dedicated retail experts to serve as trusted advisors in TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the country. Key responsibilities include providing in-person tax preparation, advice, and support for a range of tax situations, from simple to complex. You will conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and offer future tax planning guidance using professional resources. As a community ambassador, you will engage with prospects, promote tax literacy, and foster long-term client relationships, both locally and online. You will also participate in marketing efforts to grow TurboTax’s presence and attract new clients. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, with at least 3 years of experience preparing over 30 tax returns per season. Proficiency with tax software, strong communication skills, and the ability to work onsite are essential. Bilingual skills and experience in holistic tax advisory services are a plus.
