Tax Professional - Retail

About the role

We are seeking dedicated retail experts to serve as trusted advisors in TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the country. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and support for a range of tax situations, from simple to complex.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients
• Identify deductions and minimize tax liabilities
• Offer future tax planning guidance using professional resources
• Engage with prospects and promote tax literacy
• Foster long-term client relationships, both locally and online
• Participate in marketing efforts to grow TurboTax’s presence and attract new clients

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license
• At least 3 years of experience preparing over 30 tax returns per season
• Proficiency with tax software
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work onsite
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services (a plus)
