About the role

Since 1994, Luers & Dyer CPAs, LLP, a full service CPA firm, has been providing accounting, tax and management consulting services designed to help our clients build their business. We are a small family-style company that specializes in challenging high level accounting and tax returns and planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjust accounting records
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns
• Present creative ideas
• Understand and adjust to analytical concepts in unique and complex situations
• Problem solve in various tax and accounting scenarios

Requirements

• CPA or EA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and 5+ years recent public accounting experience including 3+ years in business tax
• Passion for helping businesses excel
• Strong accounting, analytical, research and PC skills
• Career-oriented and open to learning

Qualifications

• Good communication and client service skills
• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Willingness to learn advanced tax and accounting skills
