About the role

Gregory M. Eliasen CPA, PC/Eliasen CPA, in Andover MA is looking for an experienced professional tax preparer (5+ years) for full-time or Per Diem work, on site position. The Firms client base is predominantly small business and high net worth individuals with a focus on high levels of service, strategy and client interaction. You must be comfortable working with clients. Retirees are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns predominantly 1040s but also including 1120S, 1041 and 1065
• Work directly with clients
• Research and draft taxing authority notice responses

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional tax preparation experience
• Confident with 1040, 1120S, 1041 and 1065 tax preparation and rules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Experience with tax software (Prosystem FX utilized by the firm)
• Experience with common office applications - Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
• QuickBooks experience a plus

Pay

$50.00 - $65.00 per hour
