Job Description

Withum’s Tax Services Group is comprised of tax specialists who ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and minimize or defer tax payments. They provide comprehensive tax strategies across various jurisdictions including international, US federal, state, and local regulations. Their services include Business, Individual, State & Local tax, R&D Tax Credit, and International and Private Client services.

Responsibilities

• Achieve booked revenue within a defined range annually.
• Manage and grow the firm through strategic planning and execution of market growth strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and national leadership to develop and implement a national business development strategy.
• Create and deploy best-in-class processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and retain a high-performing team of tax professionals.
• Provide thought leadership and competitive differentiation strategies for the firm and tax team.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and expand market share.
• Conduct mid-year and annual reviews of team members.
• Ensure accountability and responsibility among team members for achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA license, JD, or Master’s in Science in Taxation
• Minimum of 15+ years of professional services sales experience
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience
• Demonstrated strategic leadership in defining market opportunities and creating plans
• Proven process creation and modification skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent project management abilities
• Tangible experience in formal sales process deployment and training
