They are currently seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join their growing team in Concord, California. Position Overview Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Preparer to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prepare accurate tax returns while maintaining compliance with IRS and state requirements. This is a fully on-site position located in Concord, CA. Key Responsibilities Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently.Review financial records, tax documents, and supporting information to ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.Provide professional guidance to clients regarding tax-related questions and available deductions or credits.Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial information.Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve tax-related issues.Stay current on changes to federal, state, and local tax regulations.Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines during tax season and throughout the year.Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Qualifications Active IRS and State Tax Preparer license/certification required.Previous experience as a Tax Preparer.Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and tax preparation processes.Proficient computer skills and familiarity with tax preparation software.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. Compensation Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourCompensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Work Schedule Full-TimeIn-Person Location Concord, California (On-Site)
