Tax Preparer

Golden Reserve is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our team in Dublin, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns for our clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state tax laws
• Deliver a high standard of service that reflects our firm's commitment to client care
• Manage the tax preparation of annual returns
• Aid with ongoing real-time tax support
• Participate in event participation and coordinate the development and expansion of this department

Requirements

• Five (5)+ Years of tax preparation, accounting, and tax planning experience
• Proficiency with tax preparation software (Drake, UltraTax, or similar)
• Communication Excellence – managing and inspiring a team and our clients require a world-class communicator internally and externally
• Management – you will be asked to lead a multi-location team to drive process while maintaining and managing a growth culture with constant change

Qualifications

• EA designation a plus
