What You Will Do

• Lead and review the preparation of complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to help clients reduce tax liabilities and improve financial outcomes
• Research and analyze complex tax issues while ensuring compliance with changing regulations
• Manage client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored tax solutions
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff while maintaining quality standards
• Support tax compliance, accounting, and consulting engagements
• Collaborate with firm leadership and internal teams to deliver exceptional client service

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license required
• 7+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience managing complex tax engagements and client relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work additional hours during peak tax seasons when needed
• Valid driver's license for occasional travel
