Hybrid Work
We currently offer a hybrid work model that allows eligible employees to work both remotely and in the office, based on business needs and team coordination. When working remotely, employees are expected to meet the same performance standards, adhere to the same policies, and maintain the same level of communication, collaboration, and responsiveness as working in the office. Responsibilities
- Provide top-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns or private equity entities and/or private equity family office
- Work closely with clients to advise on income tax issues and related tax planning
- Oversee planning and scheduling of engagements and work flow supervision
- Research complex technical tax issues and provides solutions
- Lead and train teams of seniors and staff accountants throughout the engagement
- Ensure quality of work product
- Communicate progress to partners and is the liaison between partners and staff
- Coach and mentor individual team members and involved in performance evaluations
- Manage firm administrative functions and initiatives such as client billings
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree; Master’s degree a plus
- CPA certificate
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with partnership and fund experience is required
- Ability to identify and propose resolutions to complex income tax issues
- Demonstrated advanced project management skills
- Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs
- Experience with GoSystems is a plus
Benefits
This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $140,000 to $185,000.
