Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of seniors and staff accountants
• Can learn, teach, and supervise in a fast-paced environment and is receptive to feedback and coaching
• Demonstrated advanced project management skills
• Communicate progress to partners
• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative on projects
• Has high attention to detail
• Has a positive attitude and a team player mentality with a can-do spirit
• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills
• Must be proficient in Thomson Reuters, GoSystem, ProSystems/Axcess or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience depending on relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major; Master's Degree, J.D. or LLM is a plus
• Licensed CPA
