Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify
Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of complex tax issues
- Proficiency in day-to-day compliance and consulting
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Communicating key propositions effectively
- Managing project workflow and budgets
- Supervising teams to foster trust and innovation
- Coaching staff with meaningful feedback
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
