Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive tax and business advisory services for closely held businesses, specializing in Individuals, Partnerships, and S Corporations.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
• Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff to enhance technical and professional skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, and Controllers.
• Review and improve tax service procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and engagement teams across diverse clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• CPA certification (required).
• Master’s in Accounting or Tax (preferred).
• 5–10 years of public accounting experience in a tax environment with varied client exposure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
