Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
- Active CPA or EA required.
- 5–8+ years of progressive tax experience serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Experience reviewing and signing off on tax returns, with accountability for accuracy, compliance, and final approval required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and advisors, while collaborating cross-functionally with managers and executive leadership.
- Proven people-management skills, with a strong track record of developing, mentoring, and training senior and associate level professionals.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, review, and sign complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and closely held businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and develop quarterly tax estimates and projections to support proactive planning and informed decision-making.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and well-analyzed responses to tax-related inquiries, estimates, and projections for both tax and wealth management clients.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff within the local office and region, fostering professional development and high-quality client service.
- Collaborate with tax staff to address tax notices, including overseeing responses and drafting initial correspondence with taxing authorities.

Pay:
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
