We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting: - About Us: description of Twitch. Might be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description. Could be part of "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should have sections like About the role (maybe includes About Us and About The Role). But we need to preserve all substantive info. The "About Us" is company overview; could be placed under "About the role" as context. However we must not repeat job title as heading. We can have a heading "About the role" and include the description of Twitch and the role description. But we also have "About The Role" section in the posting. So we can combine. We need sections: - About the role: include Twitch description and role overview (reporting line, collaboration, locations). Possibly also mention "You will report to the Senior Director, Head of Tax for Twitch who is based in Seattle, Washington." etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "You Will:" bullet points. - Requirements: maybe "You Have:" bullet points. - Qualifications: maybe CPA or JD etc. Could be part of Requirements. But we need to decide. The instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can have Requirements and Qualifications separate if content distinct. "You Have:" includes CPA or JD, 3+ years experience, recent experience providing guidance, familiarity with concepts. That's qualifications. Could also be requirements. We could treat "You Have:" as Requirements. Then maybe "Bonus Points" as Skills or Qualifications? Bonus Points: Knowledge of and experience with Twitch; Experience in entertainment/media businesses, ads businesses, and/or social media platform businesses. That could be Skills. - Benefits: list perks: Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance; 401(k); Maternity & Parental Leave; Flexible PTO; Amazon Employee Discount. Also later mentions comprehensive benefits: health insurance etc. But we should not duplicate. We'll include the perks list. - Pay: salary ranges per location. Provide that. - Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info. So we should not include Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, privacy notice, etc. We must not include Job ID. We must not include application instructions. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info: So include Twitch description, role overview, responsibilities, requirements, bonus points, benefits, pay. We need to format using

headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not add extra sections like "About Us" separate; we can incorporate into About the role. Let's craft:

    About the role

Twitch is the world’s biggest live streaming service, with global communities built around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. It is where thousands of communities come together for whatever, every day. We’re about community, inside and out. You’ll find coworkers who are eager to team up, collaborate, and smash (or elegantly solve) problems together. We’re on a quest to empower live communities...

Twitch Tax is looking to grow our fun and collaborative tax team! We want to add an enthusiastic US and international tax manager to help support tax planning for Twitch's unique digital entertainment business. You will report to the Senior Director, Head of Tax for Twitch who is based in Seattle, Washington. You will also closely collaborate with other members of our Twitch Tax team including individuals from both our tax planning and tax ops/compliance functions to address tax planning and related compliance efforts as Twitch continues to innovate and expand its business and respond to the ever‑changing landscape of US and international tax laws. Our team works closely with our business, legal and finance cross‑functional partners from both Twitch and Amazon, including advising on important Twitch projects, products, and initiatives, and also coordinating key tax positions and analysis across the broader suite of Amazon's digital businesses. You can work in Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA.

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and document U.S. and non-U.S. direct tax, indirect tax, and tax reporting and compliance impacts of Twitch projects, programs, products, and other initiatives.
    • Manage outside counsel and external tax advisors on advisory requests and documentation pertaining to direct tax, indirect tax, and tax reporting and compliance issues.
    • Educate our business clients/partners, Twitch Tax team members, and other cross-functional stakeholders ranging from junior to executive level regarding various tax issues and our technical analysis and recommendations.
    • Socialize final tax requirements with different Twitch internal teams, such as Legal, Accounting, Marketing, Commerce, etc.
    Requirements/Qualifications: We'll have a section "Requirements" maybe.

    Requirements

    • CPA or JD (LLM, Master of Tax, or relevant tax practice experience)
    • 3+ years experience in a Big 4, law firm, and/or equivalent in-house environment supporting multinational digital enterprises on tax planning.
    • Recent experience providing practical business‑facing guidance regarding U.S. and/or non‑U.S. tax issues pertaining to international digital businesses and digital products.
    • Familiarity with direct and indirect tax concepts (e.g., US income tax, US withholding tax, and US tax reporting, treaty PEs and other pertinent concepts, transfer pricing, US SALT, and non‑US VATs, DSTs, and non‑US reporting‑ e.g., DAC 7).
    Skills (Bonus Points):

    Skills

    • Knowledge of and experience with Twitch.
    • Experience in entertainment/media businesses, ads businesses, and/or social media platform businesses.
    Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance
    • 401(k)
    • Maternity & Parental Leave
    • Flexible PTO
    • Amazon Employee Discount
    Pay:

    Pay

US, WA, Seattle – Annually $89,900—$157,200 USD

US, CA, San Francisco – Annually $98,900—$172,900 USD

US, NY, New York – Annually $98,900—$172,900 USD

US, CA, Los Angeles – Annually $89,900—$157,200 USD

US, CA, Irvine – Annually $89,900—$157,200 USD

We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated content: We included Twitch description and role overview. Ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also mentions "Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave." This is additional benefits info beyond the perks list. Should we include that? It's substantive. We could add to Benefits section more details: health insurance etc. But we must not repeat. We can incorporate that into Benefits. Let's add a paragraph under Benefits: "Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave." Also mention sign-on payments and RSUs? That's compensation, could be under Pay. The posting says "Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location." That's about compensation details beyond base salary. Could add to Pay section. Thus update Pay section to include that note. Let's craft Pay:

    Pay

    Base salary ranges:

    • US, WA, Seattle – Annually $89,900—$157,200 USD
    • US, CA, San Francisco – Annually $98,900—$172,900 USD
    • US, NY, New York – Annually $98,900—$172,900 USD
    • US, CA, Los Angeles – Annually $89,900—$157,200 USD
    • US, CA, Irvine – Annually $89,900—$157,200 USD

Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

Benefits section: include the perks list plus comprehensive benefits. Let's do:

    Benefits

    • Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance
    • 401(k)
    • Maternity & Parental Leave
    • Flexible PTO
    • Amazon Employee Discount

Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.

Check for duplication: we listed 401(k) both in list and in paragraph; that's duplication. Better to avoid duplication: maybe keep list as perks and paragraph as additional benefits not already listed. But 401(k) appears in both. Could remove 401(k) from list and keep in paragraph, or keep list and mention other benefits not in list. Let's keep list as the specific perks mentioned earlier: Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance; 401(k); Maternity & Parental Leave; Flexible PTO; Amazon Employee Discount. Then paragraph can mention additional benefits: health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. This duplicates 401(k) and parental leave but it's okay as it's more detail. Might be considered duplication but not harmful. However instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is okay as long as we don't
