Tax Manager

We’re looking for a high‑performing Tax Manager to join our Brookfield, WI office. In this consultative role you will lead, inspire, and deliver exceptional value to clients while managing complex engagements and mentoring a talented team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
• Manage complex tax engagements for clients.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
• Provide strategic, value‑added tax guidance and solutions.
• Adopt a consultative mindset to guide clients through complex tax challenges.
• Deliver high‑quality work that maintains client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• CPA or EA certification.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.

Schedule

• Standard hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Busy season expectations: 55+ hours per week.
• Summer Fridays off.
